This has to be one of my favorite recipes. It’s the first one I learned from my mom, and since then, they’ve been thumbs-up guaranteed every time!

Today, I am sharing this recipe because not only is it easy to make, it’s also a healthy alternative for the whole family. I did the math and I guarantee you, you’ll be staying under 300 calories per serving.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Serving Size: 2 Tostadas (PLUS toppings!)
Recipes makes 4 total

Ingredients:
Tostada Shells
2 lb. Tilapia
1/2 c Cilantro (chopped)
1 c Green Onions (chopped; tops only)
1 c Tomato (chopped)
1 Minicube Knorr’s Chipotle Seasoning

Optional Toppings: 
Avocado
Hot Sauce
Lemon juice
