Richard E. Garcia Offers Decades of Experience Through Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc.

Richard E. Garcia takes pride in offering Valley customers more than 23 years of experience in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties.

Garcia’s career began in banking and financing in Tucson; and after 15 years, he decided to branch off into the real estate industry. The decision, he said, was influenced mainly by a piece of advice from his father.

“[He told me,] if you want to make money and make a living, work for someone, but if you want to make a lot of money, start your own business.”

That’s how Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc. was born in 1995 and since, the company has thrived in the downtown Scottsdale market.

As President and Designated Broker, Garcia made a name for himself serving some of the most elite families and investment groups in the area; and he continues to be one of the go-to brokers for both insight and advisement in regards to selling, leasing, and investing.

“They come to us for direction and advice,” he explains, “also for financing, because of my background.”

More than anything, he credits his company’s growth to the solid client base he’s been able to establish throughout the years.

“We’ve gone through cycles, ups and downs, but I think the fact that we’ve been here for an extended amount of time has let us build a reputation,” Garcia said, “we have a base of loyal customers that have provided us with referrals, and I think there’s trust in that.”

Among other things, Garcia has distinguished himself for being a past Chairman of the Arizona Health Facilities Board, part of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and the Scottsdale Leadership Steering Committee.

In the future, he sees Garcia Realy Advisors, Inc. expanding internationally. “We want to expand our company to possibly Mexico, Central and South America.”
