Sriracha: the hot sauce that you’re not really sure how to pronounce, but love anyway. This Thai hot sauce has become so popular in the US over the past few years (it’s even got its own chip flavor), that it warrants its own festival. The First Annual Sriracha Festival is kicking off this weekend in downtown Phoenix, as we celebrate all the delicious spicy tang that is the “Rooster Sauce.” While centered around the sauce, and all the delicious things you can put it on, there will be games and contests of all kinds, live music and a little alcohol to wash it all down. If you can’t live without your Sriracha, or even if you’ve never tried it, do yourself a favor and be here this Saturday!
