Phoenix Suns Dancers Auditions Set for July 30th at the Talking Stick Resort

(Phoenix, AZ) – The Phoenix Suns will host auditions for the 2016-17 Suns Dancers beginning Saturday, July 30 at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale. Those possessing the skill and enthusiasm to become a member of the 2016-17 Suns Dancers are encouraged to showcase their ability and compete for a spot on this season’s squad.

Registration will begin promptly at 9 a.m., with auditions set to start at 10 a.m. Performers must be at least 18 years of age in order to take part in auditions, and all participants are required to bring their resume and a recent headshot (8 x 10 recommended). Please be advised that the photograph will not be returned.

Candidates should wear dance or workout apparel (half-top required) and athletic or dance shoes with non-marking soles. Please note that all body piercings should be removed and any visible tattoos should be covered up with durable make-up for the audition.

In anticipation of Suns Dancers auditions on July 30, the team will host two final prep classes at Talking Stick Resort Arena on Thursday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 27. The prep classes, which will take place from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., provide Suns Dancers hopefuls the opportunity to learn everything they should know prior to audition day.
