Mural hanging in central Phoenix on June 8

Yes the time has come, on Saturday June 8 starting at 7 a.m.  Keep Phoenix Beautiful will be hanging, bolting and sealing the 1.280 ft. long mural that was created during the Phoenix Festival of the Arts. 

This public, interactive, community participation event will take place near Indian School Road and Central Avenue, a large lot where volunteers will hang the difference pieces of the mural. 

Dress for hot weather, and sun shielding hats and sunscreen would be a great idea. Bring some tools for hanging the art pieces. 

They will need your help, and you can be a part of making this huge task run smoothly by give some of your time to assist organizer Hugo Medina and his group of volunteers.
