Summer fun is in full swing in the Valley this June!

Enanitos Verdes & Hombres G @ Comerica Theatre

This could very well be one of the most anticipated concerts of the summer! The legendary Argentinian rock trio Enanitos Verdes and the Spanish rock band Hombres G are teaming up for a concert that will make you relive the classics of the 90s. From songs like “Devuélveme a mi Chica,” “Lo Noto,” “Lamento Boliviano,” “Luz de Día,” to “La Muralla Verde” and “Amores Lejanos,” this concert will be one for the books. Get your tickets now!

Copa América Centenario: México vs. Uruguay

Football may be America’s sport, but everyone knows that futból is the world’s sport. Say hello to the Copa América Centenario, a South American soccer competition that, for the first time ever, will be hosted in the United States. Celebrating 100 years of the Copa América, matches will be hosted in various cities in the US, including Phoenix! This Sunday, go and scream your head off in the stands as you root for Mexico or Uruguay while they face off. Can’t get tickets? Gerardo Ortiz @ Celebrity Theatre

Gerardo Ortiz Medina, simply known as Gerardo Ortiz, is an American regional Mexican singer and songwriter that’s become a favorite among international audiences. His songs include “Fuiste Mía,” Perdóname,” “Dámaso,” and many others. Songs that have earned him the 2016’s “Premio Lo Nuestro” for Album of the Year and Best Norteño Artist.

Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán

It’s not easy being known as “The World’s Best Mariachi”, but Mariachi Vargas wears the title well. An ensemble that was created back in 1897 (you read that right), Mariachi Vargas is a tradition that has been carried on proudly through the years (or should I say century!). The group has had many hits, and currently under the direction of Carlos Martínez, they will be sure to have many more. If you love traditional mariachi with a sprinkle of modern tunes, then you will have the time of your life this Friday with Mariachi Vargas!
