Cafe 24/7 will be offering spring salad of mixed field greens, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots with your choice of dressing. You will have a choice of 8 oz. grilled rib-eye, brown sugar compound butter, au gratin potato and seasonal vegetable, or sautéed chicken breast, marsala mushroom demi-glace, parsley and garlic angel hair pasta. Top it all off with a salted caramel chocolate layer cake.

At Shula’s Steakhouse guests may start with French onion soup. The main entrée will consist of a 14 oz. Shula Cut New York strip with sautéed mushrooms and onions or 10 oz. of salmon Oscar style with jumbo lump crab, asparagus and hollandaise sauce. For dessert, guests will delight in a bourbon chocolate pecan tart with vanilla ice cream.
