Celebrate National Tequila Day with Blanco Tacos + Tequila

There’s no better way to celebrate National Tequila Day than by enjoying a festive four-course dinner while sipping on tequila cocktails and margaritas at Blanco Tacos + Tequila at Biltmore Fashion Park. Dinner will feature authentic Mexican cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Saul Valesquez and beverage pairings from Maestro Dobel Tequila, hand-crafted tequila made from 100 percent blue agave from the volcanic lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. 

The special menu includes: Mahi Mahi with pink grapefruit and avocado paired with Watermelon Rhubarb Margarita with Maestro Dobel Tequila; Grilled lamb chops with mint chimichurri paired with Mexican Julep with Maestro Dobel Tequila; Grass-fed flank steak with Nopales Relish paired with Aloe Vera Margarita with Maestro Dobel Tequila, Charbeau Aloe Vera Liqueur, Peychaud’s Bitters and Nopale Ribbons; Lime semifreddo and salted macaroon paired with Postres Cacao with Maestro D.
