JLO Shows Off Newest Song, ‘Ain’t Your Mama’

Jennifer Lopez wants to make something clear: she “Ain’t Your Mama!”

Not to cause any confusion, that is actually the name of her latest song. The Queen of the Bronx has taken on to her Instagram page all this week to tease snippets of the song, along with the 50’s pin-up inspired cover art.

The song was written by Meghan Trainor and it shows, featuring the same sassy, female power lyrics that have made the 22-year-old a hit. “I ain’t gonna be cooking all day, I ain’t yo mama…” sings the 46-year-old “American Idol” judge. The catchy tune was produced by Dr. Luke, and is the first single JLO releases after signing with Epic Records.

JLO will be performing the track tonight at the “Idol’s” grand finale. “Ain’t Your Mama” is now available on iTunes and Spotify.
