Kim Kardashian to Michelle Obama encourage recycling of fashion

Have you ever had an outfit that you just love but hesitate to wear again for fear of recognition of duplicating an outfit? Well stars and women of authority alike endorse re-waring clothes. If people like Kim Kardashian to Michelle Obama, can get away with it, so can we!

 

In an interview on British television program ITV’s Lorraine, Kim was asked by Lorraine herself, “…is that something you would ever do? Do you wear clothes again?”

In response Kim Kardashian states, “I love that, I love mixing clothes and wearing it a completely different way… It’s kind of ridiculous to assume that you would just wear something once and never wear it again.” (good thinking KIM) AL.com

 

 Michelle Obama has also proven that it is okay to re-ware fashion in her recent appearance during her husband Barack Obama’s concession speech, where Michelle re-wore a Michael Kors dress.

Michael Kors says in a statement in regards to Michelle wearing his dress, “Mrs. Obama looked chic and elegant as always on election night. My dress, with its strong color, clean lines and feminine silhouette, has all the elements that have become a part of the trademark style of our First Lady.”

 

Recycling clothes in a great less expensive way to dress, especially if its your favorite black dress, or best set of jeans, just renew your look by mixing and matching. Say for instance if you wore gold accessories last time change to silver, or a staple color. Add belts, change shoes, wear blazers, scarfs, the possibilities are endless to reviving an old look!
