Denim has become our favorite go-to piece of clothing and it’s come a long way from just your regular pair of jeans. We now have such a variety of denim choices, from all different shades of blue to different textures and styles. The classic denim is having a high-fashion moment for sure.

Here are some fresh ways to wear the loved and timeless denim look this season.

Denim + Denim = A Must

Let’s start off with the taboo of the past. A “denim on denim” look wasn’t considered a DO; but now, it’s a MUST. If you do it right, this will be an absolute to DIE FOR outfit. You should do light-colored denim on top and darker denim on the bottom. You can also wear similar colors together, but be mindful of the denim combo by adding a pop of color with your bag or shoe. You can also keep it classic with a simple belt and a neutral shoe. This look is no longer the denim dare. This is a completely fashionable look.

Denim + Print = Fashionable Friday

Denim shirts are an absolute fashion favorite. The versatility that the denim shirt offers is countless; and this look in particular, is very easy to create. You can literally wear any print as your bottom. This look is great for first dates or blind dates and a great look for work. It’s casual enough to wear anywhere but stylish enough to show some style. A denim shirt with a printed skirt or pants will give the perfect chic look. You can also use the shirt in place of your jacket, paired with a printed maxi-dress or printed jumper.

The flared jean has stuck since its existence; although it has transformed through the years. It’s a look that practically anyone can pull off, whether you’re tall or petite. The trick to the petite frame is to go for a shorter inseam, since hemming those takes away from the flare. These pants should skim the floor or touch the top of your shoe. You can go for a timeless look and pair the flared jeans with a simple top and a fun blazer.
