An advantage to being a beauty lover on Halloween is the amount of options we have to use eccentric make-up to create any type of costume our creative minds can envision.

Simply throwing on a dress that you already own accompanied by glamorous, spooky or grunge make-up can be a cost efficient costume that no one else will have. Here are some of the top make-up looks that hopefully inspire you to dress for the festivities.

The beauty in make-up is that it does not always have to be beautiful. Dark colors and bold designs accompanied by accessories can portray a perfect Gotham queen.
