INDYCAR Mobile App Launches Worldwide, Allows Users to Get Behind the Driver’s Seat

This weekend’s Phoenix Grand Prix brought something extra to the Valley, along with the excitement and the thrill of witnessing world-renowned drivers compete for the ultimate first prize.

Saturday’s race was the first time the INDYCAR Mobile App was available to audiences worldwide.

So, what’s the INDYCAR Mobile App? This innovative application is available to fans making sure they won’t miss any part of the action on or off the tracks. The app features exclusive content (available only to Verizon customers), including live in-car video streams from 360-degree cameras, live driver and pit crew conversations, live INDYCAR radio broadcast streaming and car telemetry.

All INDYCAR fans with iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, regardless of their wireless carrier, have access to their favorite teams and drivers, the ability to track weather forecasts, views of real-time leader boards, plus race schedules and results, standings, and race highlights, and other Verizon IndyCar Series content.

The INDYCAR Mobile App has been such a hit, that it’s now expanded its services globally. Previously available only via carriers in the U.S., the INDYCAR Mobile App is now accessible in all countries, except Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
