The project is located at 1130 N. 2nd Street, across from the 32-acre Margaret T. Hance Park and adjacent to Roosevelt Row. The complex will offer units ranging in square footage from 400 to 1,700 with prices starting at $150,000. Construction is scheduled for completion in summer 2016.
With careful attention to detail, the spaces are focused on a combination of efficiency, affordability, connectivity and character. In short, this project is unprecedented in the downtown area.
