Between her blossoming relationship with The Weeknd and chart-topping new music, the songstress is currently loving life. Now, the Mexican-American belleza can add a cozy new home in California to all the incredible things worth celebrating this year.
According to Trulia, the Texas-born actress spent $2.25 million on her new home in Studio City. The tradition-styled home, which was built in 1951, boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a library, living room, as well as a guest room. The 3,188 square feet house is a bit of a downgrade compared to her former $3.6 million home in Tarzana. Iggy Azalea and former fiancé Nick Young bought the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home from SelGo back in 2014. However, this is not the only property the Disney star has owned. The “Bad Liar” singer also has a $3 million house on the market in her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas.
While the 13 Reasons Why producer might be saving some money on her new home, her boo reportedly dropped a whopping $20 million on a house in L.A.’s Hidden Hills area. The newly remodeled mega mansion, which sits on three acres of land, has nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a guesthouse. Of course, the multi-million dollar mansion wouldn’t be complete without it’s very own personal gym, wine cellar, home theater and music lounge for the Canadian singer.
