Phoenix Suns Announce 2015-16 Broadcast Schedule

Phoenix_Suns6(Phoenix, Ariz.) – The Phoenix Suns announced their 2015-16 broadcast schedule today, which will allow fans to see 79 regular season games on the team’s exclusive local television station, FOX Sports Arizona, or on FOX Sports Arizona Plus.

The Suns will also play three games broadcast on TNT, to fill out the 82-game schedule.A full television broadcast schedule is attached.

FOX Sports Arizona’s game coverage will begin with the Suns’ 2015 season opener against the Dallas Mavericks onWednesday, October 28 at Talking Stick Resort Arena. FOX Sports Arizona will feature all four games against the reigning NBA Champion Golden State Warriors, as well as both matchups with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

FOX Sports Arizona broadcasts will be called by play-by-play announcer Steve Albert, who will work alongside color analystEddie Johnson.

Ann Meyers Drysdale will fill in for Johnson to provide analysis for a select number of games and Kevin Ray will return as a sideline reporter. Tom Chambers and Tom Leander will handle pregame, halftime and postgame show duties, with former Suns guard Casey Jacobsen adding commentary for select games.

For the 48th straight season, Suns fans can also tune in to the team’s flagship radio station, Arizona Sports 98.7 FM, with the “Voice of the Suns” Al McCoy calling play-by-play action and Tim Kempton providing analysis. The duo will call all preseason, regular season, and any 2016 playoff games. Select games will air on the station’s AM dial, ESPN Phoenix 620. 

KSUN 1400 AM will return as the Spanish Radio Broadcast partner of the Phoenix Suns, where Ivan Valenzuela and Arturo Ochoa will call the action of every Suns regular season game in Spanish.

Note: The Suns’ six FOX Sports Arizona Plus broadcasts are scheduled for December 26, January 26, February 2, March 28, April 7 and April 11.
