Her nickname is “Fireball.”

Neide Hall has earned that title for her endless energy, passion and fire for what she does.

A native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Hall is the Designer and Founder of Charmosa Swimwear, a line that features uniquely exotic designs with hand-painted patterns and embroidered embellishments that make each piece unique.

“It’s such a unique collection,” she said, “I thought it would be unique; I haven’t seen anything like it.”

Her main desire she said is creating one-of-a-kind swimwear that “pops,” and providing a source of income to Brazilian artisans. But her favorite part about the design process? Seeing her ideas come to life.

“When you put something in paper and then you see it in the runway is awesome,” she explained, “I think every designer likes that, when they’re able to transfer their ideas to life.”

She says it’s also the adrenaline that happens behind every show that keeps her thrilled.

“I treat all of my pieces like my babies,” she laughs, “every fashion show I’m nervous — doesn’t matter if I’ve done a million shows, I feel nervous every time.”

In 2014, she was selected from over 300 applicants to participate in Phoenix Fashion Week. Since last year’s event, she has grown Charmosa’s retail and online sales while also opening a retail boutique in Los Gatos, California. Thinking of the opportunity that lies ahead in Phoenix, Hall said, “I’m thankful to the Phoenix Fashion Week Selection Committee for this opportunity to take Charmosa to the next level. The new collection that I’m bringing to Phoenix will be out of this world!”

“Our team is very proud to have a talented designer like Neide Hall represent the San Francisco Bay Area in her quest to become Designer of the Year 2015.” The main event will be held at the Talking Stick resort in Scottsdale, AZ, from October 1st through the 3rd, 2015; and it will draw a crowd of roughly sixty thousand industry representatives and fashion enthusiasts.

Charmosa will take center stage on the evening of Thursday, October 1st, 2015.

Fashionistas in the Valley who would like to see a sneak peak of hall’s collection will have an opportunity to shop and browse this Friday, August 14th 7pm at the stylish Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar Phoenix at CityScape, in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
