Despite the scorching three-digit heat in Arizona, the month of July is still cause for an all-out celebration for Latinos. Not only do we celebrate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on the Fourth of July, but we also commemorate Colombia’s Independence on July 20th. Need more reasons to party away? Colombian Independence Day Celebration

The world knows him as the “Caballero de la Salsa”,” and now, Gilberto Santa Rosa is ready to perform at the Stratus Event Center in Phoenix to get us all up and dancing away. Shrek: The Musical

Winter in July @ the Phoenix Zoo

The Phoenix Zoo is offering something pretty cool for the month of July – literally! America’s largest, non-profit zoo is transforming into a winter wonderland for an entire day, dropping more than 30 tons of snow in its venue, along with wet and wild play areas for the kids. Activities will include live music and games with DJ Rockin’ Rob, snow targets and an 8-foot snow slide!
