Fawn Cheng Styles Ted Baker at Latino Fashion Live

 “I truly believe that everyone is beautiful on the inside,” states Fawn Cheng, a fashion stylist who makes style seem effortless.  From image consulting to celebrity and runway styling, Fawn is the epitome of what makes the Phoenix fashion industry on-trend and absolutely fabulous. 

 Fawn’s uber busy schedule is a testament to how on demand her services are and to how dedicated she is to her craft.  Latino Fashion Live 2013 is lucky to have snagged a bit of her time to style up Ted Baker’s looks for Saturday, April 20^th’s show. 

 Style DNA:  Love this Concept!

Fawn entered the fashion scene as an image consultant and took her know-how to the next level by adding fashion projects.  She uses a concept called, Style DNA to help create looks for her image clients.

 “It is my job to highlight what is uniquely beautiful in each of my clients; maxi skirts and peplums don’t work on every body…I am there to give honest feedback and find their perfect fit for my clients, head to toe.”

 The idea that style and beauty begins with what is inside speaks to every woman, every ethnicity, and every culture.  The reality is that beauty and style begin with the person and stylist Fawn Cheng completely embraces this concept in everything she does. 

 “My favorite part about being a personal stylist is that I get to help people feel more attractive and confident by guiding them in a direction that highlights their best attributes,” she says.   So Style DNA is about finding what is unique about a person and helping him or her highlight that personal or professional brand.  You know, what makes you you only better…lo perfecto!

 Runways: Challenges and Opportunity for Creativity!

So what does Fawn love the most about runway shows like Latino Fashion Live 2013?   “Everything! Lights. Cameras. Music. Action; and of course the glamour. Who doesn’t enjoy taking in the views at a show like this? It’s exciting to make new industry connections at this event and work with some of my faves. Top to bottom, it’s been a lot of fun.”

 Even when challenges like finding the perfect model for the perfect look present themselves, Fawn’s professionalism and spot on style IQ offer the runway the perfect combination of high class and creative flair.  “I’ve learned to get creative and make it come together.”
