D-BACKS TO WEAR AMERICAN FLAGS ON HATS IN MEMORY OF SEPT. 11: D-backs players and coaches will wear an American flag on their hats for their road game on Sept. 11 in San Francisco and their home game on Sept. 12 in memory of Sept. 11.

MACAYO’S COLLEGE NIGHT PREGAME PARTY: The D-backs Street Team will be on site at the Macayo’s Depot Cantina in Tempe from 4-6 p.m. handing out prizes as fans make their way to Chase Field. 

ARIZONA LOTTERY CAR GIVEAWAY: Three finalists that participated in the Lottery’s Fastball Special promotion at Fry’s will draw for the winning keys to a 2014 Ford Mustang from Sanderson Ford. 

HELLO HUMANKINDNESS: The D-backs will recognize Cheryl Horvath for her community work in Tucson. Horvath was nominated by Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona CEO Debbie Rich for her volunteer work with the Girl Scouts, providing leadership and mentoring her time with Camp Fury. Horvath also serves as the Division Chief for Northwest First District and Tucson and will be recognized before the game as part of the Hello HumanKindness campaign in partnership with Dignity Health Arizona.

A-GAME ALL-STARS: The D-backs will recognize 10 part-time employees for their hard work and dedication to the organization in a pregame ceremony that includes a photo with D-backs President & CEO Derrick Hall and a D-backs player.

CHOIR NIGHT: More than 800 local elementary and middle school kids will sing the national anthem from the warning track.

SCHOOL FAMILY NIGHT: Local schools will be recognized during a pregame ceremony on the field and will serve as a fundraising opportunity in which proceeds from ticket sales through this program will be donated right back to the schools that participate.

COORS LIGHT FRIDAY NIGHTS: D-backs fans can enjoy happy hour drink specials and music from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Coors Light Strike Zone. All fans are welcomed to the refurbished Coors Light Strike Zone during Happy Hour.

HELPFUL HONDA FRIDAYS: At every Friday home game, the Helpful Honda team will greet fans along the plaza with game day essentials, such as personal misters and sunscreen. They will also surprise fans with $20 D-bucks gift cards and some lucky Honda owners will receive seat upgrades to enjoy the game from a luxury suite, complete with free food and drinks. In addition, 50 Honda cars will receive complimentary parking at the Chase Field Garage on Helpful Honda Fridays. The Helpful Honda team will also lead D-backs fans in the singing of “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” during the 7th Inning stretch and game-goers are invited to stop by the Chase Field Rotunda to view the latest Honda vehicle on display.

GO GOLD FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER NIGHT: In support of childhood cancer awareness month, the D-backs will dedicate this night to raising awareness and funds for pediatric cancer. The D-backs 50/50 Raffle proceeds will be designated to the pediatric cancer programs at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and eight childhood cancer survivors will take the field with the D-backs before the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will present a $100,000 check to Phoenix Children’s Hospital before the game in which the funds will also be designated to pediatric cancer programs. In addition, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will present a jersey to the Hallsey family, who lost their son, Tyler, to a brain tumor in July. The D-backs will also host children fighting cancer from Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in the Raising Cane’s Kids Corral during batting practice.

D-BACKS WIVES’ “FAVORITE THINGS” AUCTION: D-backs wives and girlfriends of current players and broadcasters have put together baskets full of their “Favorite Things” and will include autographed memorabilia that will be on display at section 129 along the main concourse. Fans can bid on the baskets at www.dbacks.com/auctions beginning Sept. 11 through Sept. 22.  Proceeds will benefit the Chrysalis Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence and the Wives’ Fund of the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation for future charitable projects.      

SUPPORT OUR SCHOOLS AZ WALK 4 EDUCATION: SOSAz (Support Our SchoolsAz) will host Walk4Education from 2-3PM with more than 1,200 participants and supporters walking around the main and upper concourses before the game to view student showcases that display the accomplishments and achievements of Arizona Public District children. They will also enjoy fun activities for the whole family and connect with educators and public district school leadership. The objective of Walk4Education is to showcase Arizona’s Public District School children and spotlight the success within the Public District Schools.  

SUPERIOR LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES 50th ANNIVERSARY: The D-backs will recognize members from the 1964 Superior Senior League Little League All-Stars team, the first Arizona Little League team to go to the Little League World Series. In celebration of the 50thanniversary, the D-backs will recognize all 14 members from the original team in a special pregame ceremony. 

D-BACKS EXPRESS: The D-backs offer a hassle-free way to see a D-backs game for fans in Tucson. A luxury bus will pick up fans at the Foothills Mall (located on the Southwest corner parking area between the food court and Outback Steakhouse) in Tucson and drops off fans in front of Chase Field. BARK IN THE PARK: D-backs fans are encouraged to bring their dog to the game. Fans and their canines can enjoy a Puppy Parade around the warning track at Chase Field. The D-backs will donate a portion from every Bark in the Park ticket sold to the Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA. DORITOS SUPERBOWL AD WINNER: Doritos Super Bowl Ad winner and Scottsdale native Ryan Thomas Andersen will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Andersen created, directed and edited the winning Super Bowl ad that featured his son and a time machine that runs on Doritos. Andersen also won $1 million and a trip to London to work on the set of Avengers 2. 

UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX EDUCATION DAY: D-backs first baseman Paul Goldschmidt and his wife Amy will present three students with full tuition scholarships as part of the Teaming Up for Education Scholarship during a pregame ceremony. In addition, the D-backs and University of Phoenix will host more than 1,500 community partners and executives for the game.

CHASE HOUSE AWARD: The D-backs will present U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Keith Darnell with a key to his newly renovated mortgage-free home in Phoenix courtesy of Chase, Building Homes for Heroes and the D-backs, on the field prior to the game. Chase and Building Homes for Heroes have provided Darnell with a house for his family, including his wife Stella and son Elijah, and the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will provide items of need.

MACAYO’S CHECK PRESENTATION: Macayo’s representatives will present a check for $1,800 to the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation in a pregame ceremony. The funds were raised during the month of April, in which $1 from every D-backs Chimi purchased was donated to the program and will be used to purchase baseball equipment for the Cactus Youth Baseball League.

SUNDAY SLUGGERS NO CHEW CREW SHOW presented by DELTA DENTAL: No Chew Crew Show, presented by Delta Dental, is free to children 15 and younger who pledge awareness of the harmful effects of spit tobacco. No Chew Crew members can enjoy a show with Baxter, hosted by Mike and Vanessa along with Bobby Freeman, from 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. in the Sandlot. No Chew Crew members receive a free ticket to every Sunday game and a toothbrush, courtesy of Delta Dental, when they pledge awareness of the harmful effects of spit tobacco. KIDS RUN THE BASES FOR PCH: Kids ages 15 and younger are invited to run the bases after the game and can line up on the ramps near section 110 immediately following the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will donate $1 to Phoenix Children’s Hospital for every kid that crosses home plate. Lizzy Hendrickson will serve as line leader. Hendrickson was diagnosed with a rare skin condition, known as Epidermolysis Bullosa, at birth. Now at five years old, she no longer has to wear cumbersome dressings and is able to take pain-free baths as she enters kindergarten this year.   

MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS 50% OFF SUNDAYS: Every Sunday home game, the D-backs offer 50 percent off single-game ticket prices for all military active duty, reserve, retired and veterans, as well as active or retired fire and police personnel with valid ID. All-You-Can-Eat tickets are excluded from this offer and can only be redeemed for up to four tickets. 

FOX SPORTS ARIZONA/SANDERSON FORD KIDKASTER: One lucky kid will have the opportunity to work in the FOX Sports booth for a half-inning, Arizona Sports 98.7 FM booth for a portion of the game and work as the PA announcer during the second inning when the D-backs are up to bat. The KidKaster winner will also get a tour of the FOX Sports Arizona production truck, appear on the pregame show and interview a D-backs player. SUBWAY KIDS TAKE THE FIELD: Kids ages 7-15 can enter for the chance to “Take the Field” with D-backs players at every Sunday home game prior to the National Anthem. Entry forms are available at Subway. 

CHEVROLET “PLAY BALL” KID: Phoenix-area Little League teams will be recognized on the field before the game and one lucky team member will get to say “Play Ball” at the start of the game. Fans can register at a local Chevrolet dealer. 

COLD STONE KIDS SUNDAYS: Each Sunday home game, one winner is selected to deliver the lineup card to the umpires with a D-backs coach before the game and deliver Cold Stone Ice Cream to the D-backs’ broadcast booths. Winners are selected from applications that can be picked up at a local Cold Stone Creamery location.

GATORADE D-BACK FOR A DAY: Earlier this season, fans had the chance to register to be a D-back for a Day in coordination with Gatorade at Circle K locations throughout the Valley. The winner will throw out the first pitch, receive a VIP tour, attend batting practice, participate in a press conference and will receive a custom jersey.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS UNIFIED SPORTS: The D-backs will recognize more than 200 Special Olympics Unified Athletes and several Parker and Sons employees on the field prior to the game.

GOLDEN GLOVERS RECOGNITION: The D-backs will recognize all the Golden Glovers from the 2014 season in a special pregame ceremony.

ARIZONA RATTLERS CHAMPIONSHIP RECOGNITION: The D-backs will recognize members from the 2014 Arena Football League ArenaBowl championship team Arizona Rattlers during a special pregame ceremony featuring the team alongside the Foster Trophy. 

STRIKEOUT HUNGER: The D-backs and UnitedHealthcare will present Kitchen on the Street with a $20,000 check for the Pack the House program which provided more than 49,000 meals for underserved children in Phoenix – one for every seat at Chase Field. In addition, Ball Park Franks will also donate $10,000 to Kitchen on the Street for their Strikeout Hunger campaign. 

ARIZONA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD OATH OF REENLISTMENT: More than 20 men and women will take the oath of reenlistment into the Arizona Army National Guard prior to the game on the field. The group will reenlist for additional obligations from one to six years.

FRY’S D-BACKS REWARDS CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH: Fry’s D-backs Rewards winner Josh Kelsey will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Kelsey won the opportunity by redeeming his Fry’s D-backs rewards points at a local Fry’s Food Stores.

STEM DAY: The D-backs will host students from fifth to eighth grade for a special game that includes a Science of Baseball workbook, presented by Chase and Insight. The students will complete the workbook throughout the game which includes STEM concepts about the game and it teaches them how to keep score as well as learn about the various geometrical angles of the stadium. 

ROBERTO CLEMENTE DAY: The D-backs and Chevy will recognize the D-backs’ nominee for his charitable contributions throughout the season during a special pregame ceremony.

SUNS FIRST ROUND PICKS TO THROW OUT CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH:Phoenix Suns 2014 first round draft picks T.J. Warren and Tyler Ennis will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Warren was selected 14th overall and Ennis was selected 18th overall in the first round of the NBA Draft held in June.

D-BACKS’ DAVID PERALTA AND OLIVER PEREZ AUTOGRAPH SIGNING – Sept. 13: D-backs players David Peralta and Oliver Perez will sign autographs for fans from 11-noon at the Los Altos Ranch Market, on behalf of Budweiser. 

D-BACKS ALUMNI APPEARANCES AT FRY’S FOOD STORES– Sept. 12 & 13:Kellogg’s and the D-backs Street Team will be on location at Fry’s Food Stores collecting registrations for the free “Come Out and Play Youth Clinic” presented by Frosted Flakes, which will be held on Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. – noon at Randy Johnson Field. On Sept. 12, D-backs alum Augie Ojeda will sign autographs and greet fans from 3-4 p.m. at Fry’s located at 4230 W. McDowell Rd in Phoenix and on Sept. 13, D-backs alum Rodrigo Lopez will sign autographs and greet fans from 1-2 p.m. at Fry’s located at 1245 W. Main St. in Mesa. Kellogg’s will also be on site at both locations handing out free samples.   

MICHAEL WOGAN SEASON TICKET SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: The D-backs will begin accepting nominations for the Michael Wogan Season Ticket Scholarship Program on Sept. 15.  The scholarship is designed to award full or partial season tickets to D-backs fans going through financial or personal hardships. Since 2008, the D-backs have provided families experiencing financial hardships with more than 345 full season tickets for a value of more than $698,000.  The nomination form will be available at www.dbacks.com/stscholarship

D-BACKS SCHOOL CHALLENGE presented by UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX: The D-backs and University of Phoenix will give away $150,000 to benefit schools across Arizona.
