Cristiano Ronaldo Sued For Rape

Araceli Cruz of mitú reports the Cristano Ronaldo is being sued for a 2009 rape by Kathryn Mayorga. –

“One year ago, Kathryn Mayorga came forward to claim that futbol superstar Cristiano Ronaldo raped her in Las Vegas 2009. Now, she’s coming forward to publicly say that she is suing him.

Kathryn Mayorga is alleging that Cristiano Ronaldo raped her nine years ago.

Mayorga alleges in court documents that she was forced to sign an agreement in which she would never discuss what happened and would be paid $375,000. She claims Ronaldo’s people “coerced her into signing a nondisclosure and settlement agreement in 2010,” according to Der Spiegel.

On June 12, 2009, Mayorga claims she met Ronaldo while partying in Vegas. The two later went to the Palms Place Hotel.

According to Der Spiegel, Mayorga detailed the events that happened that night including there being a hot tub in the hotel room, and described a white rosary he had around his neck.

“You jumped on me from behind,” Mayorga said a year ago when she came forward anonymously, “with a white rosary on your neck!!”

She added: “What would god think of that!!! What would god think of you!!!”

The lawsuit alleges that Ronaldo sodomized her.

People magazine is reporting that she screamed “no” several times, and afterwards that Ronaldo apologized and said that he is “usually a gentleman.”

Ronaldo denied the allegations back in 2017 and his lawyers have again denied them now.

Ronaldo took to Instagram to deny the accusations in a live video. In the video, Ronaldo claimed that the accusation by Mayorga were “fake news” and that she is seeking fame by using his name.

In a statement to CNN, his lawyer said: “It violates the personal rights of our client Cristiano Ronaldo in an exceptionally serious way. This is an inadmissible reporting of suspicions in the area of privacy.”

Ronaldo has four children and is currently dating Georgina Rodríguez, who has taken his side.

On Sept. 28, in an Instagram Live video, Ronaldo was asked about the allegations and he responded by saying the story was “fake news” and that people are trying to promote themselves by using his name.”
