After a Decade, Will Smith Returns To Music With New “Fiesta” Track

After 10 years of being away, Will Smith is going back to music.
The Oscar-nominated actor and former Grammy winner is being featured in a remix of “Fiesta,” a song from alternative/electronica Colombian band Bomba Estereo. The track, released late last week, marks Smith’s return to music since 2005. His last album was titled “Lost and Found.”
In the song, Smith raps in both English and in Spanish: “Hola, mamacita! Go get me a birra!” Not long after its release, the song has already earned a nomination for record of the year at the Latin Grammy Awards. The 16th annual ceremony will air live on November 19th on Univision from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Smith said he met Bomba Stereo during a recent trip to Colombia, fell in love with their sound and asked the group to collaborate.
