Suns Return Home and Beat the Magic 107-104

The Phoenix Suns were happy to be back at home at Talking Stick Resort Arena and it showed on the court.
Coming off a six-game road trip, the Suns beat the Orlando Magic 107-14.
The Suns won their second game in a row after beating the Bulls in Chicago Monday Night 103-101.
As a matter of fact this was the Suns seventh game in a row where the margin of victory for either team is less than five points.
After the victory against the Magic, Wednesday night, Suns’ head coach Jeff Hornacek was very pleased with the team’s victory as he admitted they were tired but found a way to pull through against Orlando.
Phoenix was down in double digits in the fourth quarter.
“We kept trying to be patient, looking for the right reads, making the right passes and eventually we feel we can wear teams down and we kind of did that and got us back on the game,” said Suns’ Brandon Knight after the game.
Knight played 39 minutes and finished the game with 21 points and 5 assists. Eric Bledsoe also finished the game with 21 points and added 9 assists.
Phoenix’s Center, 7’1” Alex Len finished the game with a double-double; he scored 20 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.
Orlando was trying to build on their 85-74 win over Denver, but fell short.
Orlando had opportunities to tie the game in the final minutes, but Nikola Vucevic missed a shot, then Elfrid Payton was turned the ball over.
Vicevic was the leading scorer for the Magic; he finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds; while Tobias Harris finished with 16 points.
The Suns record stands now at 10-13. With the loss Orlando’s record is now 12-10.
Phoenix will stay home to host the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday.
