Valle del Sol seeking nominees for 40 under 40 honors

Valle de Sol has partnered with Univision Radio – La Nueva 105.9 FM, Recuerdo 106.3 and La Kalle 100.3/105.3 FM  to bring the Latino community the 7th annual 40 Hispanic Leaders Under 40 Recognition Luncheon that will be held on Thursday, Sept. 26.

For the seventh year in a row, the 40 Hispanic Leaders Under 40 Recognition Luncheon will recognize 40 Hispanic business and community leaders that are paving the way for future generations through their tireless contributions to communities across Arizona. Individuals who best exemplify the integration of their best practices and support of their community in any of the following capacities, will be considered for recognition.

 Successfully conducts business, or manages resources in a way that demonstrates characteristics and achievements worthy of recognition

 Contributes to society in ways that are an inspiration to others

 Uses resources and creativity to enrich our community

 Demonstrates a commitment to community by contributing as a community servant

 Conducts business and personal relationships with the highest integrity.

 In order for the selection committee to thoroughly evaluate the nominees for the award, it is important that we receive a completed nomination form for each nominee. Upon review and selection, the nominee will be contacted and asked if they will accept the nomination. Upon acceptance, the nominees will be asked to provide additional information that will assist us in completing award process. Please inform the nominee of this process.

 Nominations will be accepted from Monday, March 4, 2013 through Friday, June 21, 2013 and must be received no later than 5 p.m. They can be submitted via U.S Mail, fax, e-mail or can be hand-delivered to the Univision Radio offices. Each nomination will be reviewed by the selection committee on the basis of data received and measured against criteria contained herein.
