A new proposed ballot measure in Arizona is looking to raise the state’s minimum wage to $10 and further down the road, to $12.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, a group called Arizonans for Fair Wages and Healthy Families is behind the proposal, and have officially filed paperwork with the Arizona Secretary of State as of Monday.

The measure is called the Fair Wages and Health Families Act, which would increase minimum wage to $10 by 2017 and $12 by 2020.

In order to make it to the November ballot, however, the proposed measure must reach more than 150,000 signatures by early July.

Arizona’s minimum wage is currently $8.05 per hour. States like California and New York have already raised their respective minimum wages to $15 per hour.
