Why women with more male friends have more sex

Apparently, hanging out with the boys has its good side. 

New research shared by the Daily Mail says that girls with more male friends have more sex. This is because their boyfriends see these male friends as competition. 

The study, which was published in the Journal of Comparative Psychology, revealed that men were also more attracted to their partners when they subconsciously suspected they might be unfaithful. 

A survey studied 400 men in relationships on their attitudes towards their partners, and found that boyfriends feel in competition with these male friends or other potential takers and pushes them to try harder in the bedroom. 

The study found that the more male friends a man perceived his partner to have, the most sex they would have as a couple. The boyfriends don’t even have to see their partner having sex with these other males, it’s just the presence that triggers a jealousy in them.
