Telemundo Phoenix to Host 11th Annual Festival and Health Fair Oct. 26

PHOENIX, AZ– Telemundo Phoenix, in partnership with local event sponsors, will host the 11^th annual Festival Telemundo and Health Fair to help families and children of the Phoenix area get access to free health screenings. Attendees will also be able to watch live performances from artists and performers. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held on Sunday, October 26 at Maryvale Baseball Park in Phoenix, AZ. 

Families and children will be able to get free health screenings for dental, vision, blood pressure, body mass index, glucose and varicose veins. Additionally, 500 flu shots will be available for adults and children (seven years of age and older) on a first come, first served basis.

Penélope Menchaca, star of Telemundo network’s 12 Corazones, along withNoticiero Telemundo Arizona news anchors and reporters, will meet and greet local viewers. Artists scheduled to perform at the 11th annual Festival Telemundo and health fair include, Banda La Mazatlan, Martin Castillo, Flaco Elizalde, Adriel Favela, Grupo El Tiempo, Los Cuates de Sinaloa, Los Terricolas, Alan Ponce, Tito Puente, Jr. and La Voz Kids finalist Alan Ponce.
