Stay on track with your weight loss
Defeat is all to common when working out, it seems that every one hit that plateau, the recovery from that plateau may be as hard as the initial weight loss. Do not get discouraged, you are not alone! There are many ways to stay on track with your weight loss journey.
Frustration serves as probably the biggest component, bullying us around and often times causing a relapce getting the best of us. A lot of people expect a miracle drop in weight, this is neither practical or healthy. It is recommended to first slow down, give your body time as well practice patience after all patience is a virtue.
Another huge frustration way to common in weight loss is boredom. Sure eating the same foods every day can get old, so cheat! Yes, it is ok to break your diet to indulge in some chocolate, however eat with in moderation and do not binge.
With so many media portrayals of beauty as a normal everyday person with out the glitz and glamour we hold ourselves to unrealistic standards, sometimes as much as we try our trouble spots are still trouble spots. Though trouble spots may feel bigger than life to some of us the rewards that we are receiving from working out should be encouragement enough to keep fighting and keep going. By working our stress levels go down, sleep is better at night, more energy is stored as well as a better physique, focus on the positive!
