Personal trainer Julia Buckley learned from experience that slow distance run won’t help you lose weight.
According to Mail Online, the trainer has helped hundreds of people get into shape after they have failed to lose weight despite following a strict exercise regime.
She said endurance exercise can cause body to store more fat.
Through a blog, she explains that the problem is that people are doing the wrong kind of exercise to get rid of fat. She said that the key to losing weight is to train harder, not longer.
