IORA Primary Care Opens 2 New Practices Exclusively for Seniors 65+ in the West Valley

Two new doctors’ offices from Iora Primary Care,  designed exclusively for Humana Medicare Advantage members, are now open in Phoenix and Glendale. According to the Education for Health Journal, seniors experience a high level of dissatisfaction with the health care they receive at the primary level. Iora Primary Care teams provide improved and holistic primary care services to this, sometimes forgotten, group.

The Iora practices’ care teams are chosen for empathy. They take the time needed with their patients to establish real relationships and deliver a combination of care, support and inspiration in order for their patients to live a happy and healthy life. Iora’s teams are led by doctors and include Health Coaches and behavioral health specialists. They come from the communities which Iora serves and share the cultural nuances of their patients, making it possible for Iora to provide the primary care that seniors want and deserve.
