Poliberto’s on Bell Road Brings Homemade Food to the Valley

What began as a small taco shop at the corner of 43rd and Glendale Ave., now has expanded to four locations around the valley and one in Flagstaff.

Poliberto’s newest three-year-old location at 3220 W. Bell Rd. is bringing more than 40 authentic homemade dishes to the Phoenix area.

Manager Luz Gomez is proud of the success and the compliments he has received on Poliberto’s business.

“We’ve had a lot of commentary from people that come here often. All of them have liked our flavors, said that the food is excellent, we haven’t had any complaints,” she said.

Among the things that make Poliberto’s unique is their extended menu, which ranges from traditional Mexican plates, to seafood and even dessert.

“It’s important for us to point out that this is 100 percent Mexican food, just like you would find in Mexico,” she said.

Visitors at Poliberto’s can expect a variety of dishes in a clean environment. They make healthy dishes a priority by using soy-based oil that is replaced every week as procedure.

“This is healthy Mexican dishes, very healthy. Our kitchens are always clean and all of our product is bought new,” Gomez said.

The Mini Chimis Appetizer Dish is a best-seller for the restaurant, especially for customers hosting a business meeting or casual hangout. These come in a variety of types including beef, chicken, or cheese.

Anything from tacos to tortas that includes their top-quality savory carne asada is also a popular pick.

For morning birds, Poliberto’s also has a unique breakfast menu with the most popular Mexican dishes including huevos rancheros and burritos that begin serving at 7 a.m. all through closing time.

And if customers want to avoid the traffic and commute, Polibert’s is also proud to offer home delivery from 8 a.m. to 3p.m. Their dining room is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and their drive-thru available also from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
