“40 Hispanic Leaders Under 40.” Linda Facio, Engineering and Construction Supervisor for Cox Arizona was among those selected. Linda is a powerful Latina leader in the workplace and in the community who has earned the respect of others leading by example. As the only Hispanic and female engineering and construction supervisor for Cox, Linda leads a team of construction planners for residential, commercial, and government projects. Her hard work, dedication, and leadership skills have allowed her to escalate the professional ladder, starting out as a Construction Dispatcher in 1999.  

Linda is also a member of the Diversity Leadership Alliance (DLA) Steering Committe, a non-profit organization that provides diversity and inclusion education, resources, and tools to the Phoenix area; A Wish Granter for the Make a Wish Foundation, granting wishes for children with life threatening diseases; and the National Utility Contractors (NUCA) Events Committee, a leading trade association working solely for the utility construction and excavation industry in the U.S. As a testament of her commitment to the Arizona community, Linda received a letter of appreciation from Gov. Jan Brewer for enriching lives of the community and providing services to the Diversity Leadership Alliance in 2011.
