Childsplay presents the second El Puente Theatre Festival and Mask Procession! This unique celebration, supported by a grant from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, features an afternoon of food, music, games and cultural performances. FREE ADMISSION to the festival includes dynamic performances by local artists, mask-making and art activities. (Plus, the first 500 people can attend a 4 p.m. VIP performance of Charlotte’s Web!). Families can also enjoy face painting, carnival games, a petting zoo and more!* To conclude the festival, join a masked procession of kids, families and performers on the beautiful pedestrian bridge crossing Tempe Town Lake starting around 5:15 p.m!
