Transitional Hair Styles for a Busy Woman
As Latina’s we are busy women that often have to wear multiple hats, juggling an abundance of timely things throughout our day. There are some days when you leave your casa and may not have a chance to return till after nearly the whole day has passed requiring you to run around all day doing activities such as, working for your employer, going to the gym, shopping at your supermarket and even to a late night movie with your amiga’s.
Regardless of the day more times than not when we leave home we do not have much time to choreograph a wardrobe change or even more crucially something that tends to exhaust first throughout busy days, a revamping of our hair styles. Check out the beauty tips below and alternative to every day hair wear that are transitional throughout the many activities you have in your productive days.
The Side Braid
Start at one side of your head and work your way around. This will keep the braid securely over one shoulder so it’s not flopping around during your jog and looks fun and flirty for a night out with the girls.
The French Twist
Okay, so this may take a few extra steps than just throwing your locks up in a pony, but it’s totally worth it. Pull hair into a low pony and then slowly twist up, securing with bobby pins as you go. A great look for at the office to grocery shopping.
The Half Up-Half Down
Perfect for days when your yoga routine includes more warrior poses than downward dog, this style is feminine yet practical. Hair is pulled back and out of your face and you won’t need to re-do your ‘do for that post-workout Starbucks run or afternoon meeting.
