The trailer we’ve all been waiting for is finally here.

After months of teasing fans, FX is giving us a look into the highly anticipated The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story. The second season of Ryan Murphy’s anthology series follows the 1997 gruesome murder of Gianni Versace (played by Edgar Ramirez) who was killed on the steps of his Miami Beach mansion. The star-studded show also has Penelope Cruz taking on the role Gianni’s sister, Donatella Versace, while Ricky Martin played the longtime partner of the fashion designer, Antonio D’Amico.

The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story premieres January 17 at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
