On Thursday, Fifth Harmony members Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui, and Normani Kordei released their first single without former bandmate Camila Cabello. The former X-Factor contestants surprised fans with their latest track “Down,” featuring Gucci Mane, days after teasing fans on Instagram. The foursome are scheduled to do their first-ever performance of the song during Good Morning America‘s summer concert this Friday.
After winning the Best Fan Army category during the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards in March, the remaining girls promised to make fans “proud” with new music. “Y’all have been working so hard and we have been working just as hard,” Dinah said. “We are sure to make you all so proud. Y’all stay tuned for new music.”

Back in December, Cabello left the girl group to purse her music career as a solo artist. Earlier this month, the 20-year-old debuted her first solo single, “Crying in the Club,” from her forthcoming album, The Hurting The Healing The Loving. The Cuban belleza sampled Christina Aguilera‘s “Genie in a Bottle” on her latest hit. She is due to release her album later this year.
