Scorpius Dance Theatre and Davisson Entertainment Presents Arizona’s First-Ever Vampire Ball
On October 28 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., Scorpius Dance Theatre and Davisson Entertainment present Arizona’s first-ever Vampire Ball. Hosted by Vamp, Faris DuVal, this sexy, stylish affair is perfectly themed for creatures of the night to celebrate the Halloween season. The people watching will be just as “fang”tastic as the entertainment! Guests are encouraged to dress to the nines in their most captivating vampire or goth attire.
The evening will be filled with plenty of spellbinding spectacles, including original dance and aerial vampire-themed works created by the Valley’s leading contemporary dance company, Scorpius Dance Theatre. Throughout the night, mix and mingle, strike a seductive pose for photos, sip on bloody beverages from a no-host bar, and admire the alluring body paint of vampire models. Perish Dignam, an L.A.-based fetish model and performer, will make a special appearance for photo opportunities, as well as mesmerizing the crowd with a metal grinding performance. Gaining worldwide recognition, Perish has been the face of countless demons, vampires and other lustful creatures in a myriad of well-known music videos, films and live theater performances.
When the clock strikes midnight, it’s Transylvania time! Dance the rest of the night away to gothic/industrial/techno beats by DJs Defense.Mekanizm and Self.Destrukt, as well as electronic band and DJ duo, Bella Lune.
Sponsored by The Listening Room Phoenix, a special VIP area will include early entry, appetizers, a dessert bar, as well as additional exclusive perks. General admission pricing for the Vampire Ball ranges from $29 to $40 and VIP admission is $49 to $80. Beginning at midnight, tickets are only $20 at the door.
