When you think of Brazil, images of colorful dancers and the sounds of bossa nova might flood your mind. But there’s so much more to discover about Brazil, and it’s in our own backyard. In celebration of Brazilian Independence Day and combined with Carnaval, it’s the Brazilian Day Arizona Festival in Scottsdale! Not only will there be food vendors (and caipirinhas, mind you) and artisans, but there will be both indoor and outdoor stages hosting a variety of entertainment. From samba dancers, to a huge selection of different Brazilian music genres, capoeira, and even demonstrations of instruments and crafts, it’s going to be an incredibly fun day that will immerse you in Brazilian culture and history. It’s going to be an incredible day that you won’t want to miss; there’s even a craft area for the kids! Clear your afternoon, and come to celebrate all that is Brazil at the Brazilian Day Arizona Festival!
