Donald Trump
is expected to make a campaign stop in the Valley this Wednesday. The location has been confirmed to be the Phoenix Convention Center.

The GOP candidate has stopped in Arizona a couple of times before, including in downtown Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Mesa and Tucson. Sources close to the candidate told ABC 15  that he would be discussing immigration, but later retracted.

Whether or not the speech would actually be happening wasn’t at all clear as of Saturday. Trump tweeted on Friday that he would be holding the rally on Wednesday, despite his campaign having announced otherwise earlier that same day.

The venue was originally scheduled at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Phoenix, but according to Trump, that’s been changed to a “much larger one” due to a large demand.

In recent speeches, Trump has notedly changed his tone when it comes to immigration, even using the terms “humane,” on his plans to deport millions of undocumented immigrants out of the country. His plans still remain intact when it comes to building his controversial wall in the south border and having “Mexico pay for it.”

No further information has been released on Trump’s upcoming campaign stop in the Valley.
