Just how mini is your skirt? With ever changing fashion and a recycling of looks, the once tight mini skirt is being made to look a bit more school girl. Call it old fashion but the finger tip rule still applies. Remember in elementary school when you would scrunch your shoulders up as high as you could to make your arms look shorter and your skirt look longer?
