Jenni Rivera's private jet found with no suvivors
Multiple reports, including one form Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, Secretary of Communications and Transports, confirm that the private jet was found with no suvivors. Rivera’s parents are believed to be heading to Mexico. Oldest daughter Chiquis and singer/brother Lupillo Rivera have not made or established any statements on social media o any media outlets.
Mexican officials have confirmed the jet’s crash as one of the worst they have seen. There was no room for survival considering the 12 hours that it took to find and confirm disappearance. Rivera took off from the northern Mexican city of Monterrey at 3:15 a.m. local time on Sunday, fell off radar 10 minutes or 62 miles after take-off.
Rivera’s publicist Arturo Rivera and her make-up artist Jacob Yabale were inside the jet along with the two pilots and other 2 passengers.
Jenni was to appear in Toluca this evening for the taping of Mexican TV Show, La Voz. Televisa has canceled tonight’s show given her terrible and tragic plane crash.
“There is nothing recognizable, neither material nor human” Minister Gerardo Ruiz Esparza told Televisa Network.
Authorities had not confirmed that Rivera was among the dead.
Her reality show on the Telemundo cable channel, mun2,”I love Jenni” has been one of the channel’s highest rated shows. La Diva de la Banda was adored by fans both in Mexico and the Latino community in the USA.
