Mayor Scruggs raises concerns about the new City of Glendale, Phoenix Coyotes agreement

Glendale Mayor Elaine Scruggs expressed concerns this week over the new agreement the city made with the Valley’s NHL team, the Phoenix Coyotes. Part of the new agreement calls for the city to pay the Coyotes owner $320 million dollars over the next 20 years.
