A Recap of Premio lo Nuestro 2014

Univision thrilled guests of Premio Lo Nuestro, where the Latin music industry’s biggest stars were recognized.

Hosts William Levy and Ninel Conde awarded performers such as Marc Anthony, Gerado Ortiz, Prince Royce and the late Jenni Rivera.

Marc Anthony took home bulk of the awards including Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Artist of the Year in the Tropical Category.

In addition to the mass of awards Marc Anthony received, he also accepted the award of  Premio a la Excelencia in one of the most memorable moments of the evening.

Daddy Yankee also was recognized with one of the most honorable awards at the show, receiving the Premio Ídolo de la Juventud (Youth Idol Award). The award was given to the urban star for his youthful fan base and recognition in both the Latin and English-Language music industries.

Accompanying the award presentations were performances by stars such as Romeo Santos, Yandel, Prince Royce, Marc Anthony and Daddy Yankee.
