Bruno Mars impressed many during his half-time performance at the Super Bowl on Sunday.
The singer kicked off the annual Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show with a drum solo introducing his hit “Locked out of Heaven”, “Treasure”, and “Runaway Baby,” but rocked out when he was joined by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Bruno Mars sang “Give it Away” with lead singer Anthony Kiedness, and was definitely a polished performance from the Multiple Grammy Award winner.
He later went back to his roots with a soulful rendition of Just The Way You Are on a circular stage on the halfway line.

He added he hoped to get people dancing and smiling during the annual Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show and he certainly did with his energetic performance and a colorful light show getting the crowd moving.
‘The NFL is such a prestigious stage … that they give the new guy a shot, and I’m so grateful for that, ‘Mars said. ‘I haven’t been able to take it in. Not yet. Come Sunday, I will.’
Mars revealed the Red Hot Chili Peppers were the first act that came to his mind when he thought of collaborating on the Super Bowl stage.
‘They’re a soulful band, not just musically, but as people,’ he said.
