Justin Bieber Could be Headed for Deportation After Vicious Egg Attack
Justin Bieber could be sent packing his bags back to Canada after a vicious egg attack on a neighbor’s house.
Bieber, an Ontario native who is currently in America on a work visa, is facing a possible felony charge and if convicted, could be sent home, reports RadarOnline.
‘If Justin is charged with felony vandalism and convicted, it’s very likely his work visa, allowing him to live in the United States, would be revoked,’ a law enforcement source told the website.
‘It could be categorized as a crime of moral turpitude under United States immigration law,’ added the insider.
According to reports, Justin caused more than $20,000 in damage during the vicious egg attack last Thursday.
In California, if the damage is greater than $400 it becomes felony vandalism – a crime which could land Justin in prison.
Police officers raided the 19-year-old’s Calabasas, California house on Tuesday to seize surveillance footage following the neighbour’s allegation that the singer pelted his house with up to 20 eggs.
Deputies were looking for any evidence linking the star with the egg assault including other eggs in the house. There was also a battering ram at the scene.
