Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses and Horsepower Event!
Back to the WestWorld of Scottsdale is the Third Annual Scottsdale Polo Championships! In past years, the Scottsdale Polo Championships has drawn the biggest crowd in the country for a one-day polo event!
This year, the event presents an extended schedule and a one-of-a-kind polo lineup including the sport’s top players and more vendors, more sponsors, and the 2013 Arizona Porsche Concours d’Elegance car show!
America’s most-attended polo event is expected to draw up to 15,000 polo fans and revelers to WestWorld of Scottsdale.
Gates will open at 3pm Friday, Nov. 1 and the first all-star match is at 4pm. At 5:30pm, the players will be introduced, followed by the 6pm Sunset Fashion Show presented by Phoenix Fashion Week, featuring equestrian-inspired fashion styles.
On Saturday, Nov. 2 gates open at 10am and the Scottsdale Ferrari Maserati Polo Championships will be on! Three amazing matches will be featured this year. Work to Ride vs. University of Virginia, Battle of the Sexes, U.S.A. Women’s All-Star Team vs. Men from the Arizona Polo Club, and Clogau Wales Polo Team vs. The United States Military Polo Club will all battle it out on Saturday, November 2!
Guests will also get a sneak preview of vehicles for the 43rd Annual Barrett Jackson Collector Car Auction and the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show! Be sure not to miss the stomping of the divots!
